Overview
The University of Derby is a public university situated in the heart of England.

The university has not just maintained its reputation in the UK but also worldwide, it is the top 10 in the world for an international student learning experience (Global ISB Benchmarked Group, 2018).

The university provides nearly 300 study programs at the undergraduate level. SCHOLARSHIPS AND DISCOUNTS
Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship
It is offered to exceptional undergraduate and postgraduate international students in which the university accommodates one full year’s tuition fees.

Excellent International Student Scholarship
£5,000 scholarship to a limited number of eligible for both, undergraduate and postgraduate international applicants. Students need to have high academic results exceeding the entry criteria for the course and demonstrate excellence in an extracurricular activity.

Regional High Achievers Scholarship
£3,000 scholarship to the eligible undergraduate and postgraduate international students.

Postgraduate (PGT) Scholarship
£2,000 scholarship for all eligible international students studying a postgraduate program (PGT).

CAMPUS TOUR
The university has its main campus located at central derby which is an intimate and friendly city. Students have access to airport and motor roads such as east Middle land airport and M1, M6 motorways. It takes 90minutes to reach London and 35 minutes to reach Birmingham by cheap and efficient railways. Derby Campus is home to the majority of our courses and it is made up of four sites; Kedleston road, Britannia Mill, Markeaton Street, and one Friar Gate Square.

Chesterfield campus is the Centre of Excellence for Health and Social Care and its nursing courses are ranked 14th in the Guardian University Guide 2020. It specializes in hi-tech teaching facilities blended with practical courses to prepare students for a career in health and social care. In this regard, Derby University has close ties with the Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust provides mutual benefits. The university has also made efforts in investing in its campus infrastructure and overall outlook.
